We process the name, email address or telephone number, subject and message you provide in our contact and suggestion forms, and the score, selected branch and optional comment in our satisfaction form. The source of the form and recording time may also be stored. Information is collected electronically through your entries and the technical transmission of the form.

A score and branch do not identify you by name on their own. However, your comment may contain personal information. Please avoid including health information, identity documents or unnecessary information about other people.

Information necessary to review feedback, respond to requests and improve service quality is processed under Article 5/2-f of Turkish Law No. 6698: necessity for the controller’s legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Where your request concerns the performance of an existing service contract, necessary processing relies on Article 5/2-c. Article 5/2-e applies where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, and Article 5/2-ç where necessary to meet a legal obligation concerning a lawful request from an authorised authority. Submitting this form is not permission to send advertising or campaign messages.

Submissions are reviewed at headquarters by the company owner and are not forwarded to franchise businesses. Technical services include hosting by Vercel Inc., email delivery by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and the infrastructure of the receiving email service. Feedback records may be stored in the configured Vercel Blob service. Information may be provided to legally authorised authorities only to the extent required.

These technical services may involve processing outside Türkiye. In particular, Resend states that its primary processing operations take place in the USA. Use of these services does not mean that you authorise sharing for advertising purposes.
