Personal data requests
You can submit requests concerning your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 using the following methods.

You may send a written, signed request to this address. You may also email info@akali.co from an email address you previously provided to us and that is recorded in our system. Requests using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature are assessed in accordance with the applicable rules.
Information to include
Your name and surname; your signature for a written request; Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens, or nationality and passport number or identity number, if available, for foreign nationals; residential or business address for notifications; email, telephone and fax number for notifications, if available; and the subject of your request. You may attach information and documents relevant to the request.
You do not have to use a separate Akali PDF form. Depending on the request, information may be needed to verify your identity or authority to act. Please do not automatically send a complete identity document copy or unrelated sensitive documents.
Your rights
You may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients in Türkiye and abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; and request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met and notification of these actions to recipients.
You may also object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Response time
Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If processing incurs an additional cost, only fees permitted by the Board’s tariff may apply.
If your request is refused, the response is insufficient or no response is provided in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning of the response and, in any event, within sixty days of your original request.
