Cookies and their purposes
NEXT_LOCALE: A first-party session cookie that remembers your Turkish/English language preference. Your browser’s session restoration settings may affect how long it remains stored.
akali_panel: A first-party authentication cookie for users who sign in to the administration panel; its lifetime is 30 days. Ordinary visitors do not need a panel account or this cookie to submit forms.
akali_cookie_notice: the notice version and expiry time stored only in this browser’s localStorage to remember “Got it”. It is not a cookie and this record is not sent to our server. The notice reappears after 180 days or when its version changes; an expired record is removed on the next visit. You can remove it sooner by clearing browser storage. This duration is a product choice to avoid repeating the notice, not a statutory retention period.
Legal ground and technical recipients
Cookie processing necessary to provide the requested language function and a secure administration session is assessed under Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698: necessity for the controller’s legitimate interests, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Cookies are transmitted automatically between your browser and the web server. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. and may involve processing outside Türkiye.
Your choices
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking them may affect language preferences or administration sessions.
Use “Open cookie notice” in the menu or footer to reopen the notice. “Got it” only dismisses it; it is not explicit consent, marketing permission or permission for international data transfers. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. If cookies requiring consent are introduced, a separate accept or reject choice must be offered before activation. Clearing cookies or browser storage does not delete forms already submitted.
