Information collected
We process your name, email, telephone number, preferred role and branch, message and optional PDF CV submitted electronically through the application form. Uploading a CV is optional.
Please do not submit identity documents, medical reports, criminal record certificates or other sensitive information unnecessary to assess your application at this stage. Referees’ contact details are not needed at this stage.
Purpose and legal grounds
Information necessary to assess your application and communicate during recruitment is processed under Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698 to the extent directly related and necessary to the establishment of a prospective employment contract. Records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right rely on Article 5/2-e; those necessary to fulfil legal obligations rely on Article 5/2-ç.
Your application is not permission for campaign messages or sharing with other businesses. Any future use for a different purpose requires separate information and an appropriate legal ground.
Access and technical services
Applications are reviewed at headquarters by the company owner. Choosing a branch does not mean your CV will be forwarded to a franchise business. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc.; application emails and attachments are transmitted using Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and the receiving email infrastructure. Information may be provided to legally authorised authorities to the extent required.
This technical flow may involve processing outside Türkiye. Resend states that its primary processing operations are in the USA. Removing the selected file from the form does not delete an already transmitted CV or its email copies.
Retention and your rights
Retention takes account of the time necessary to assess the application, protect relevant rights and meet applicable legal obligations. You can use the methods below to ask about your application, retention or deletion.
See Personal data requests for your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 and how to exercise them.
